Two things define me: My wife and daughter are my anchor, and photography is my connection to the world. I don't just work in this medium; it has shaped my entire life, and the excitement of sharing that perspective never fades.

My approach is grounded in technical mastery. While it began in a darkroom in Michigan and led to a B.S. in Photographic Imaging, it was refined in Los Angeles. I spent four years as the Digital Imaging Manager for a boutique celebrity portrait agency, mastering the exacting standards of high-end editorial print, retouching, and color theory for images sold to magazines worldwide.

That experience taught me precision and style, but Asheville taught me to slow down. I came to the mountains to build a life that matched my personality, swapping the controlled environment of high-end post-production for the unpredictable energy of weddings. Over the last decade, I have brought that editorial eye to hundreds of celebrations, documenting the timeless beauty of moments deeply felt.
